Mealcrest's brand assets represent our work and reputation. This policy explains how our name, logos, marks, and related brand signals may be referenced or used in accurate, lawful ways.
Protected assets include the Mealcrest name, logos, wordmarks, symbols, slogans, trade dress, and other visual or verbal identifiers that signal source, endorsement, or affiliation with Mealcrest.
You may use the Mealcrest name in truthful, non-confusing, descriptive references such as editorial coverage, factual host biographies, or accurate statements about your relationship with the platform. Any reference must be clear, proportionate, and must not imply sponsorship or endorsement beyond what is true.
You may not alter Mealcrest logos, use our assets in a misleading way, register confusingly similar names or handles, suggest endorsement that does not exist, or use our brand assets in commercial materials without written permission. You may not use Mealcrest branding in a way that harms our reputation or confuses hosts, guests, partners, or the public.
When referencing Mealcrest in articles, social posts, press, or commentary, keep the reference accurate, respectful, and attributable. Do not manipulate our logo, fabricate relationships, or create unofficial pages or profiles that appear to speak for Mealcrest.
Mealcrest reserves the right to request correction, removal, or cessation of unauthorized or misleading brand usage. We may take legal or platform action where necessary to protect our rights and the integrity of the brand.
