Brand And Trademark Policy

Brand Assets
Mealcrest’s brand assets include, but are not limited to:
- Logos: All versions of the Mealcrest logo, including colour variations, wordmarks, and any associated symbols or designs.
- Trademarks: The “Mealcrest” name, taglines, and any other registered or unregistered trademarks owned by Mealcrest.
- Design Elements: Visual elements such as colour schemes, patterns, and fonts that are associated with the Mealcrest brand.
- Taglines and Slogans: Marketing phrases that represent the Mealcrest brand.
Proper Usage of Mealcrest Brand Assets
To maintain the consistency and integrity of our brand, the following guidelines must be followed:
- Logos: The Mealcrest logo must be used as provided without modification. This includes colour changes, distortions, or adding any effects. Always maintain clear space around the logo to ensure visibility and impact.
- Colours: Use only an official Mealcrest colour palette as specified in our brand guidelines. Do not alter or substitute these colours.
- Fonts: Only use the fonts specified in our brand guidelines when creating materials that represent Mealcrest. Do not substitute these fonts with others.
- Taglines: Taglines should always be used in their entirety and should not be paraphrased or abbreviated.
Prohibited Uses
Mealcrest brand assets may not be used in any manner that:
- Misrepresents: Suggests a false relationship, endorsement, or sponsorship by Mealcrest.
- Defames: Harms to maintain the consistency and integrity of our brand, the following guidelines must be followed:the reputation of Mealcrest, its partners, or its employees.
- Modifies: Alters the logos, trademarks, or any other brand asset in a way that changes its meaning or appearance.
- Commercialises: Uses the brand assets in any commercial endeavour without prior written permission from Mealcrest.
Third-Party Usage
We welcome collaborations and partnerships, but it’s vital that our brand is represented accurately. Third parties wishing to use Mealcrest’s brand assets must adhere to the following:
- Permission: Obtain written permission from Mealcrest before using any brand assets. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
- Compliance: Follow the same guidelines for proper usage as outlined in this policy. This includes adhering to logo usage, colour schemes, and font selections.
- Approval: Any marketing or promotional materials featuring Mealcrest’s brand assets must be submitted to Mealcrest’s brand management team for approval before publication.
Social Media and Digital Usage
When representing Mealcrest on social media or digital platforms:
- Handle Consistency: Use only official Mealcrest handles and URLs provided by the company. Do not create unofficial pages or profiles.
- Attribution: Properly attribute any Mealcrest content shared on social media. This includes linking back to Mealcrest’s official website or social media accounts.
- Tone and Voice: Maintain the brand’s tone and voice, which is friendly, approachable, and professional.
Enforcement and Violations
Mealcrest reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorised use of its brand assets. Violations of this policy may result in:
- Cease and Desist Orders: Immediate cessation of the infringing use.
- Legal Proceedings: Civil litigation to recover damages and costs associated with the infringement.
- Partnership Termination: Immediate termination of any agreements or partnerships if the partner is found in violation of this policy.
